Southern Colombian Coffee Research Center
CESURCAFĂ is a public center dedicated to research, development, and technology. It was created as a response by the Surcolombian University to recent challenges related to coffee production and marketing in the southern region of Colombia. It was approved under Agreement 029 of 2012.
